Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tell Me a Story Photography account at any time, from the app or the website:

1. Sign in and open the Account tab.
2. Under “Delete my account”, confirm your password.
3. Tap Permanently Delete Account.

What is deleted, immediately: your profile and login, events, address books and the guest addresses in them, cart, order history, photos you uploaded and proofs on your orders, photography session and studio-event records, reward points, passport stamps, and notifications.

What is kept: payment records held by our payment processor, as required for tax and accounting, and the studio’s activity log entry noting that the account was deleted. Photo galleries hosted by our gallery partners are managed separately — ask us and we’ll remove those too.

Can’t sign in, or want us to do it for you? Email root@gorgon.cc from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
