Quick answers

• Where are my photos? Photos tab → your gallery. Special-event photos show “being prepared” until the studio marks them ready, and you get a notification when they are.
• Where is my order? Home → Current Order, or Account → Orders, shows every step from design to delivery.
• Guests can’t open my address link? Check that the collection link is still open under your address book’s Settings.
• Forgot your password? Email us from the address on your account and we’ll help you reset it.
