Tell Me a Story Photography collects only what it needs to run your account: your name and contact details, the events and address books you create, the guest addresses submitted to you, your orders, and your photography session details.
Guest addresses submitted through a collection link are visible only to the customer who created that address book and to the studio for fulfilling that customer's orders. They are never sold, shared, or used for marketing.
Payments are handled by an established payment processor; card details never touch our database.
Camera: the app uses your camera only when you choose to take a photo for a product, or when studio staff scan a QR code at an event. Scanning happens on the device; a photo leaves your phone only if you attach it to an order.
Your control: you can download everything we hold about you (Account → Download My Data) and permanently delete your account at any time — see how account deletion works.
